About Instant Shipping PVT Ltd
We are a Sri Lankan freight forwarding company built around one idea: shipping should be predictable.
Instant Shipping PVT Ltd works with importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders across Sri Lanka. From a single carton of samples to a full charter, we plan the route, book the space, prepare the paperwork and stay with the shipment until it is signed for.
Our team knows the ground reality of Colombo port, the airport cargo village and the customs process. That local knowledge, combined with an agent network across every major trade lane, is what keeps our clients' supply chains moving.
Our mission
To give Sri Lankan businesses the same logistics reliability that global corporations take for granted.
What we stand for
Straight answers
If a transit time is tight or a rate is going to move, we say so early.
Care for the cargo
Correct packing, correct documents, correct handling — every single time.
Long relationships
Most of our work comes from repeat shippers, and we build the service around that.
