Acceptance of terms

Our services

We arrange air, sea and road freight forwarding, customs clearance and related logistics services. We act as a freight forwarder and may engage third-party carriers and agents on your behalf.

Quotations and bookings

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability, carrier rates, fuel surcharges and customs requirements. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate shipment details, complete and correct documentation, and comply with all applicable customs, export and import regulations. You are responsible for the legality of the goods shipped.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms agreed in our contract of carriage or the relevant international convention governing the transport mode. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
